I spent 17 years climbing the career ladder, eventually reaching the point many would consider the pinnacle. A good salary, a brilliant team, a secure future. But deep down, something was missing… Something no employer could ever give me. I realised I had to take a leap of faith and remove myself from the comfort that was quietly starving me of my potential.
